    Customization Process: 1.Submit Your Customization Request & Place Your Order Decide on your customization requirements. At present, we offer pattern design customization only. Upload your design file directly through our website or email it to us. Accepted file formats include JPEG, PNG, PDF, TIF, PSD, EPS or AI. Ensure your file is in high resolution for the best results. When placing your order, please select your destination country and enter your complete shipping address to confirm accurate shipping costs. Once all details are provided, proceed to checkout and complete your payment. 2. Order Review & Confirmation After receiving your design and order, our team will carefully review your request to ensure all requirements are met. You will receive an email confirming your order details. If adjustments or clarifications are needed, we will contact you promptly. 3.Production Timeline Once your design is approved and payment is confirmed, we will proceed with production. Production typically takes 2-3 weeks, depending on the complexity of your design and current order volumes. You will receive updates as your order moves through the process. Shipping & Delivery Upon completion, your customized Wrapitly will be shipped immediately. Shipping usually takes 6-10 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery status. Please review the details below: Order Cancellation If your order has not yet been sent to production, you can contact us to cancel and withdraw your order. Upon successful cancellation, we will refund the full amount of your order. Important Note: Please contact the online customer service or email us to modify the order within 24 hours after payment. It may not be possible to modify the order if it is overdue. Once your order has been submitted to the factory for production, it cannot be canceled, modified, or returned. This is because each item is uniquely made to your specifications, making it ineligible for resale.
